Promesse de Dourthe Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux is produced from organically-grown vines on blocks rigorously selected by the Dourthe winemakers for their ability to yield grapes of the finest quality. Pre-fermentation cold maceration creates elegant wines replete with delicious fresh fruit notes. During the maturing process, this wine of great purity and soft, juicy tannins, unveils its complex flavours.
Food pairing
