La Grande Cuvée Médoc originates from a selection of estates chosen over the years for their outstanding terroir and quality potential. Only the very best parcels are retained for their character and essentially their contribution to the harmony of the blend. Only the wines with the greatest promise are matured for 12 months in new French oak barrels in the Dourthe cellars.

Perfect pairing with foie gras, grilled and roast meats (roast beef, skewered mutton and lamb chops), poultry (duck magret), game (pheasant, venison and roast woodcock), spicy dishes and cheese.
